Weekly Bulletin: 2023-07-12
“To this day I have had the help that comes from God, and so I stand here testifying both to small and great, saying nothing but what the prophets and Moses said would come to pass: that the Christ must suffer and that by being the first to rise from the dead he would proclaim light both to our people and to the Gentiles.” (Acts 26:22–23)
Paul’s testimony is one of the most powerful stories not only in the New Testament but in the entire Bible. His transformation from persecuting Christ’s church to tenderly building it up is a remarkable witness to the power of God’s grace. One of his greatest contributions to the church, though, might just be his words in Acts 26, when he stands before King Agrippa and relays his testimony in his own words.
Join your church family THIS Sunday, July 16, at 10 AM as we gather around the Word and rejoice in what it says. Lord willing, I will be speaking on this very passage, Acts 26, and the defense of Paul before those who had his life in the palm of their hands. Have a blessed rest of your week, church, and be sure to be there on Sunday!
Blessings 🙏 Pastor Brad
