Weekly Bulletin: 2022-06-22
Dear Church,
As you might have noticed, the plastic tarp was gone this week, which was surely a relief. And though the platform still bears the marks of “construction,” I prefer to see them as the marks of “progress.” I, for one, was so thankful to preach from the platform once again, even if it wasn’t totally finished. The new look, I thought, brought a nice freshness to the part of the sanctuary. I can already envision the finished product, and I’m so excited for these last few stages to get done.
Please be in prayer for that as we begin to transport the pew seats to the reupholsterer this week. The carpet, too, will be laid down soon. Your prayers and support mean so much as we finish this project. If the Lord leads, please considering giving towards this project as well.
This coming Sunday, Jun. 26, Lord willing, we’ll return to our study of the book of 2 Kings by turning to chapter 15 as we begin to see the “beginning of the end” for the kingdoms of Israel and Judah. Here we’ll see what the Lord endeavors to show his people as exile looms over everything. And don’t forget to join us for the evening service at 6 o’clock for another time of singspiration and testimonies!
See you Sunday!
Blessings 🙏 Pastor Brad
